  • Uploaded file must be a PNG with a transparent background.  PDFs are also acceptable however you *MUST*  convert all text into outlines because chances are we do not have your font that you used in your PDF. Do not mirror your images.
  • For best results, images need to be 300 DPI at the size you want them printed. Any lower resolution will result in blurry images and possibly a white outline around the outside of the image.
  • Images will print as shown. We cannot edit them after submission.

Shipping Policy

Speedy Printing & Shipping:

We prioritize getting your order to you quickly! Orders received by 11:00 AM EST will be printed the same day.

Carrier Options:

  • UPS: Orders using UPS will ship the same day when placed by 11:00 AM EST.
  • USPS: Orders using USPS will ship the next business day.

Please Note:

  • Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
  • Any missing or delayed packages are the responsibility of the selected carrier (UPS or USPS).

If Your Order’s Running Late:

  • Haven’t received your order within a week of the expected delivery date? We’ve got you covered!
  • We can file a claim with the carrier and either reprint or refund your order.

Urgent Orders:

Need your order ASAP?

  • Place a new order to ensure speedy processing and printing.
  • Contact us to let us know it’s a replacement order for a missing or delayed package.

Full Refunds for Delayed Packages:

After the standard delivery timeframe for your chosen carrier has passed, we’ll issue a full refund for the original order.

While you retain ownership of this content, we are granted permission to use it solely for creating and delivering your product. This includes copying, modifying, and publishing your uploads. However, it’s important to remember that you need the rights to upload this content in the first place. We will not accept uploads that are offensive, infringe on copyrights, or violate other user guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse to create products based on inappropriate uploads. UV DTF Application Instructions

  1. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and dust-free. Use alcohol to clean the area if needed so the transfer sticks well.
  2. Gently lift the backing off the UV DTF transfer, being careful not to tear the design.
  3. Place the transfer onto your chosen surface, like glass, plastic, or metal. Take your time to line it up perfectly. Once it is stuck, you won’t be able to lift and reapply.
  4. Gently press down on the center of the transfer and move outwards. Use your fingers or a soft tool to push out any air bubbles or wrinkles.
  5. Once everything is in place, press firmly on the entire transfer to make sure it’s fully stuck to the surface, especially the edges.
  6. Slowly and carefully peel off the clear protective film from the transfer to reveal your awesome design. Be gentle to avoid damaging it. If you have tiny letters or lines, we suggest giving it a few minutes before removing the film.
  7. After removing the film, look over the transfer for any areas that might need a little more pressing. Smooth out any remaining bubbles or wrinkles for a perfect finish!
