Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- To ensure a speedy resolution, we may request a picture of the issue or some additional information. This helps us understand the problem and get things fixed quickly.
- Rest assured, you won’t need to return anything before we reprint a damaged or misprinted order. We’ll get a replacement out to you ASAP!
Orders outside the 15-day window unfortunately won’t be eligible for replacement or refund. This also applies to cancellations due to accidental purchases or changes of mind after the order has been submitted.

Shipping Policy
Speedy Printing & Shipping:
We prioritize getting your order to you quickly! Orders received by 11:00 AM EST will be printed the same day.
Carrier Options:
- UPS: Orders using UPS will ship the same day when placed by 11:00 AM EST.
- USPS: Orders using USPS will ship the next business day.
Please Note:
- Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
- Any missing or delayed packages are the responsibility of the selected carrier (UPS or USPS).
If Your Order’s Running Late:
- Haven’t received your order within a week of the expected delivery date? We’ve got you covered!
- We can file a claim with the carrier and either reprint or refund your order.
Urgent Orders:
Need your order ASAP?
- Place a new order to ensure speedy processing and printing.
- Contact us to let us know it’s a replacement order for a missing or delayed package.
Full Refunds for Delayed Packages:
After the standard delivery timeframe for your chosen carrier has passed, we’ll issue a full refund for the original order.

- We’ll happily reprint any order where there’s a printing issue (e.g., poor quality, incorrect adherence) on our end.
- Refunds or reprints for other reasons require manager approval.

- Double-check your DTF Transfer or UV DTF Transfer design requirements to ensure they meet our specifications.
- Verify your shipping address is completely accurate to avoid delays or misdirected deliveries. We’ll also send you an order confirmation email to double-check everything.
To expedite the process, please include a picture of the issue with your refund or reprint request. Hold onto your order and any relevant materials until your request is finalized.

Accidental Purchases & Order Changes
We understand that mistakes happen! However, due to the fast-paced nature of our printing process, once an order is submitted, we are unable to cancel or offer refunds for accidental purchases or changes of mind.

- We prioritize speedy order processing and printing to get your items to you quickly. Once your order enters production, it’s difficult to make changes without impacting efficiency and potentially delaying other orders.
To avoid accidental purchases, we recommend:
- Double-checking your design and order details before submitting.
- Taking advantage of our preview options (if available) to ensure everything looks perfect.

Content & Intellectual Property
While you retain ownership of this content, we are granted permission to use it solely for creating and delivering your product. This includes copying, modifying, and publishing your uploads. However, it’s important to remember that you need the rights to upload this content in the first place. We will not accept uploads that are offensive, infringe on copyrights, or violate other user guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse to create products based on inappropriate uploads. There are legal repercussions for falsely claiming copyright ownership of uploaded content. Please be sure to read our complete Terms of Service.
DTF Application Instructions
- Cut off any labels or rainbow along the edge of the film. It will adhere to your garment.
- Set heat press to 280-300 degrees.
- Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Apply transfer and press for 7 seconds with firm pressure.
- Hot peel. If the transfer has tiny lines or small print, cold peel.
- Press again with parchment paper or kraft paper for an additional 10 seconds.
Note: **All heat presses vary. Please test prior to using if this is your first order. If the image does not transfer completely, repress with the image in place, let it cool, and peel the film again.
